I have a document in Word/RTF that needs to be scanned. Unfortunately, Word crashes on my every time (i.e, does not respond any more) in the middle of the scan.

I have changed settings to "Use year-only for repeated authors" and "For repeated citations use ibid.", but it doesn't make any difference.

When looking up "Åkesson" in Libris (swedish national library) it doesn't seem to matter which encoding I choose: none of them shows the correct characters - mostly it's a spanish question mark instead of Å.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong?
