I assume you mean the format? I'm just using the default.
For a book:
a. t. $Translated by $u3*. l: u, d.
Settings for cited pages are "," before and "." after.

I'm using the default Chicago 16th A format, which works well except for one problem. When I cite a page number in footnotes, Bookends always inserts a period before the comma and page number. So, a citation reads: "Vonnegut, Slaughterhouse-Five ., 3" Rather than "Vonnegut, Slaughterh...
