No, I won't risk re-buying an app I've already bought. I use the iOS version sporadically anyway, so I'll give it up.

It is no better after the update. The app forces me to purchase a new version. There is no option to restore the purchase.

I tried Restore Purchases several times. Nothing happened. There’s no message "You've already purchased this. Would you like to get it for free?".
Looks like I have to wait for the new build.

I use iCloud to synchronize my library between all devices (without attachements). Why do I have to enter my iCloud password almost every time I start Bookends? Should I turn off two-factor authentication for Apple ID to use Bookends comfortably?

After set Mellel 4 beta as default Word processor in Bookends preferences both way to copy citation (cmd+Y or „copy citatin” form Bookends toolbar) move from Bookends to Mellel 4, but not insert citation.
Mellel developer claim that „It will probably require an update to Bookends”.

Copy and paste from Bookends on Tap to Ulysses Mobile, Scrivener for iPad (forthcoming), etc. It would be very useful for writing/research workflow.

Indeed, I removed some notes with images in records imported from Sente. Now upload to iCloud works without problems.
