This is really exasperating.... library syncs. attachments do not. folder does not show up in the Finder on Mac. PDFs attached on iOS don't show up on Mac, and vice versa. Something tells me it's iCloud being iCloud, but my goodness this is unbelievably frustrating. I've tried all the above stuff. R...
