Re: Scanning in Microsoft Word: keeping the cursor position and displaying the style choice window
Thank you very much for your reply! I insist on point 2. Changing the citation style is rarely done after the style was first chosen at the beginning of the first scan of the Word document. This change only occurs if the article is submitted to another journal that uses a different style. It therefo...

Scanning in Microsoft Word: keeping the cursor position and displaying the style choice window
I work with a Microsoft Word document, which I scan several times. I have two questions: (1) I noticed that after scanning, the cursor moves to the end of the document, after the bibliography. Couldn't the cursor stay where it was before scanning? It would be faster and more logical. (2) I also noti...

Re: Italics are no longer displayed
I set the output style to Styled Text (it was UTF-8) and it works! Thank you!

Italics are no longer displayed
Unfortunately, Bookends stopped showing italics in the center panel for any citation style after working with EndNote and a Word document in OneDrive (don't know if that's related). But when I scan a Word document, the italics are displayed correctly. I updated to the latest version of Bookends, tes...

Re: Badges with number of references
I have switched back from EndNote, where such functionality exists. Perhaps it would be useful to have the option to choose between displaying: 1. no badges; 2. folder and group badges; 3. reference badges.

Re: Badges with number of references
Thank you for your answer! If I understand correctly, Bookends can display the number of folders and groups as badges. I would like to see the number of references in a group as badges. When I work on a project and gather references in a group, it is more important for me to see how many references ...

Badges with number of references
Hello,
Is it possible to display badges with number of references instead of folder badges? Now this seems to work only for Trash.
Thank you,
Nicolae

Re: attachement link lost / attachement not found
The same problem here for a library imported from EndNote: all my pdfs with special characters in their names are not displayed. My Bookends library is in the Documents folder automatically located in the iCloud. I've begun to reattach them one by one… I'm using Bookends 14.0.9.

Re: How to include cited paragraphs instead of pages in citation
Thank you, Jon, it worked!
The style is Chicago 17th. The solution is:
{Kearney et al., 1980, Heidegger et la question de Dieu #1394@\,\ § 12}

Re: How to include cited paragraphs instead of pages in citation
I cannot get that, without an unnecessary dot. What I want: Kearney et al., 1980, Heidegger et la question de Dieu , § 12. What I inserted: {Kearney et al., 1980, Heidegger et la question de Dieu #1394\, § 12.\} What I get: Kearney et al., 1980, Heidegger et la question de Dieu . , § 12. How can I a...

MS Word 365 plugin has disappeared
Hi, After reinstalling MS Office 365 the Bookends plugin has disappeared. I could not find either Bookends.dotm or Bookends.scpt in their place (see image attached). I have a lot of customization for Bookends so I'm afraid of reinstalling it. Where can I download these two files? Thank you, Nicolae ...
