My bad, after attaching bunch of articles I moved them around just to do it all over again. I should have tried just getting Bookends to recognize the folder by moving a single article instead.

I am generally happy with the new version of Bookends, but one thing that I would really appreciate is not being forced to use Bookends' own attachment directory.
