Bookends can't find iTunes to restore my purchase. It says "Restore failed Cannot connect to iTunes Store"
I literally just downloaded the app from the store. Running iOS 13.5.1
Any suggestions?

Thanks for the tip, but...
Changed that setting on the drag-and-drop and then tried importing another file through watch folder...still "Anonymous"

Renaming attachments always to “anonymous” no matter which option selected
Bookends is renaming imported attachments to “Anonymous" plus three numbers regardless of whether I ask it to do by author date, title, or one of the citation formats. I’d really like it to not rename attachments at all. Where is the option to turn this off? If there is already an answer posted...

syncing attachments is renaming them
When I sync my database over Wi-Fi, the iOS program is renaming my attachments from what they are in Bookends. Where is the setting for that (in iOS)?
