No worries! Thanks for the suggestion. My embedded Zotero temporary citations didn't look as simple as that for some reason. Word was freaking out and crashing when I was messing around with them.
So I just spent the last three hours re-doing the citations in the entire paper. I unliked/deleted ...

Replace citations of another reference manager (Zotero) in an already-written-word-doc
Hello,
I have a paper written in Word with Zotero for citations. I have recently switched back to Bookends and would like to replace the embedded citations to work with Bookends. Is there a way to replace the Zotero citations with Bookends? For example, change the superscript ¹ linked to Zotero to ...

Re: Import from PubMed Reference Type for Reviews
Ah I see thank you. Yeah, I've been adding 'Review' to my keywords, but was wondering why Bookends wasn't able to parse the info automatically. Thanks!

Apple Pencil iPad Pro Markup - missing chunks in pen and highlight annotations
For PDF annotations using the Apple Pencil on the iPad Pro, it seems like there is a markup glitch. At the start of a drawing, and sometimes at the end, there seems to be discontinuity in the markup line. It is more pronounced at thicker line widths or at slower velocities of moving the pencil. See ...

Re: Import from PubMed Reference Type for Reviews
Hmmm, forgive me, where do you see PT values for Journal Article in the above two references? I only see "Research Support, Non-U.S. Gov't" and "Review" for the first reference, and "Review" for the second reference.

Re: iCloud Sync - sync preferences for labels and tags?
Oh Sorry I misread that as having the most up-to-date Mac version, not iOS. I had 3.3.5, and just updated to 3.3.6. It syncs to pink now, thanks!!

Re: iCloud Sync - sync preferences for labels and tags?
I was wondering if color label synching is still not possible? I see on the manual, page 24 under Cloud Sync, that the global preferences of "Color label values and names" for "Mac <-> iOS" should be synced. However, when I change the default yellow and label name to a pink color and a "Pink" name ...

Import from PubMed Reference Type for Reviews
It seems when I import a reference from PubMed, or do Autofill from Internet, the reference type for reviews is set as "Journal article" instead.
For example, I try to import
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25991441
or
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=31040383
where its Reference ...

iOS Smart Groups OR Function and ALL FIELDS
Is there a way to have an 'OR' function for creating smart groups in iOS, similar to Mac?
For instance, I want to create a group where the keywords 'network' OR 'connectivity' appears. However, if I add another criteria, it seems iOS treats it as an AND function, and thus no references are put into ...

Scan Google Docs
Will there be a way to scan manuscripts written in a Google Docs file? Or maybe a Google Docs add-in with bookends (the latter will probably be more complicated)
The Google Docs file opened in Finder is just a text linking to the actual Google Doc webpage, such as:
