In the FORMATS MANAGER pane, I wanted to create a new format.
For example, as the attached screenshot, I wanted to change font style of DATE to italic like "j"(Journal).
However, I could not change it with "command+I".
Would you tell me how to do it?

As you mentioned, to move both fields to bottom is what I want to.
May I ask you where I can find in user manual?
Actually, I am not familiar to English and technical terms of Mellel software.

I am a beginner of Bookends.
So, I do not know the fields name of the attached screenshot.
I do not want to see the red boxed fields.
