Old libraries auto populate when opening
Whenever I open an archive (and have the current library open), the old backup file automatically within a few seconds auto populate and ends up the same as the current library.
How can I avoid this behaviour. It is contradictory to the whole notion of backups. Or am I doing something wrong here?

So, though I had only added one app in recent memory, I spent some time systematically removing Sharesheet items created by IOS as well as deleting some unused apps. After doing so, the Copy to Bookends share sheet item reappeared. Go figure!

Bookends folder only 'On My iPad' - not in iCloud
I can't seem to create the folder in iCloud where attachments are meant to be stored. I have dowloaded PDFs from BE iOS but the Bookends folder with the logo is not in iCloud.
Can someone please help me?
Edit: to answer my own question; it was because I was on the free version with only WiFi sync ...
