Remove "&" before last author?
Is there a way to remove the " & " before the last author in both author-date and bibliography formats? I've been looking through the format manager functions but I can't find a solution. Thanks in advance, and sorry if this has been asked before.

Copy (only) Hyperlink
I noticed that when you copy a hyperlink (i.e., a deeplink in Bookends), it is already rendered in its markdown version. Is there any way to "demarkdownize" and copy just the link?
For example:
[The Rise of Metacreativity: AI Aesthetics After Remix](bookends://sonnysoftware.com/ref/Library/217204 ...

Google Books description
I have noticed that through Google Books search sometimes the book description is not retrieved, but it exists by searching manually.

Is it possible to deeplink a folder?
My idea is simply to have an internal deeplink to move easily from one part of my computer to another to a specific folder. Like Copy Hypertext Link but for folders.

Shortcut for "Copy Hypertext as Link"?
Any handy shortcut for "Copy Hypertext as Link" in contextual menu? Via key shortcut or other. I'm only trying to avoid other third-part softwares (like Keyboard Maestro).

Thanks!

Thanks!

REGEX smart group help
The idea seems simple but I cannot find a clear solution.
I would simply like to create a smart group that searches me for types of books and edited books that have attachments .
The first part is simple through standard rules, the second I guess through SQL but I can't seem to "put it all together ...

Re: Autolinking Bookends and DEVONthink records
I resurrect this conversation for a specific request, perhaps simple for the experts who populate this discussion. I would simply like to automate the process of creating a (possibly clickable) link from DevonThink's indexed attachments (x-devonthink-item-type) to the Bookends counterpart (bookends ...

Some questions about note-taking
I find Bookends not only an excellent ref manager but also equally good at taking notes on texts. However, there is something I am missing in how some things work.
If in addition to highlighting I wanted to take textual notes, as if it were a text file, I guess I would have to use the "Notes" item ...

Tweaking Italian ICCU Filter
As an Italian researcher, I find is incredibly useful to be able to import from our national catalog; therefore, I am trying to optimize the filter so as to conduct operations as seamlessly as possible.
I provide an example:
