Issue solved. It was my VPN which blocked the access to PubMed.

I get following error message when trying to search PubMed for key words. It works with Google scholar but not with PubMed which is essential for my work. Any tips how I can get it back?

Impossible to know what's going on when that happens. If you can isolate which reference is causing the problem and I can reproduce it it should be possible to track it down. I have an issue where Bookends becomes unresponsive when retrieving PDFs for a large numbers of references either at once (>500) or in batches (approx 200-300). I have to force quit program to exit the search information screen. Is there any fix for this?
