Hi, when I chose "," as the citation separator, I got a lot of ambiguous citation after scanning document. When I changed the separator to ";", I got ';" between every citation. What did I do wrong? Typically I need a "," between two citations and "-" to ...

Rebooting with safe mode does not solve this problem.
However, I can scan document and make bib. Then copy the bibliography to the word document.

I tried to check everywhere related to the security control.
The scan document functions well in my Macbook with Monterey OS, but not in the Macbook Pro with High Sierra OS.
Is there anything I can do in the High Sierra to correct it?

The suprascript without brackets was successfully formatted in the format manger.
I can output the bibliography to the bibliography window, but I did not get it in the end of word document after I scan the document.
