Hi,
First of all, thanks for all the help I’ve received here so far. I’m very pleased with Bookends so far.
I have a question regarding multi volume books like encyclopedias and history books. What is the best practice for handling these. E.g. should I process each volume as a separate book?

Different attachment folders for different libraries
Hi, I'm importing a huge library from Zotero into a new one in Bookends. I don't want its attachements to be stored in the same attachment folder as my existing library. How can I do this? (My understanding is that the default attachment folder is universal for all libraries, so I am looking for how...

Importing notes from Zotero
Hi, I did a test import using RIS from Zotero. Everything is fine except that in the notes field I get a lot of text like this in between the actual notes that were in Zotero (the colored part is the actual note text from Zotero:

This has PDF ghosts, how wi...

Re: Annotations not syncing
Thanks, I figured out that I need to change the folder for the attachments to iCloud if I use cloud sync. I think it's fine now.

Annotations not syncing
Hi,
I’m using cloud sync. When I add notes to the pdf they are not syncing, although the note stream does sync if I add the note to the stream when in the iOS app.

Re: Customize Copy Citation
Thanks Jon,
My question is how do I customize? When I go to the Scan & Bib settings I see a predefined list for Copy Citation — Use. I don’t see any option to customize my own in the drop down.

Customize Copy Citation
Hi,
I am currently using: "Author, Date, Unique ID" to copy citations.
I would like it to be: "Title, Author, Publisher, Date, Unique ID"
Is there a way to customize it?
Best regards,
Terje
