Ho hum... I shall keep fiddling. Or possibly just use good old-fashioned "n.p." if place of publication is unknown.

How about having Internet Search mode open to whatever it was last time you used it? I *always* want Amazon, for example, to open in Expert mode & it would be nice if it would do so.
