This works quite well. However, you must add the .bdb suffix to the database file that resides in your Dropbox folder. If you have slow internet connection at home, you may notice it spending lots of time syncing, but with broadband it not too bad.

Bookends and Dropbox syncing
Works. However, databases MUST have .bdb suffix to be recognized as Bookends databases on second computer (the one you are syncing to). Two cool programs working together, sniff.

I have been experimenting with Dropbox (https://www.getdropbox.com/) and Bookends. Seems like a good way to achieve syncing for lots of files including Bookends libraries. I'll let you know how it goes.
