I am using the MHRA style. For journal articles it should read:
J. B. Harley, 'Deconstructing the Map', Cartographica: The International Journal for the Geographic Information and Geovisualisation, 26(2)(2006): 1-20.

Hi, I am new to Bookends and have a quick question. I am using MHRA format, which I have managed to tweak to suit.
One problem:
The footnotes should be ordered - first name, surname etc. (this happens fine)
but the bibliography needs to be ordered by surname and presented as - surname, first name ...
