I tried the two ways that you suggested, but didn't seem to be able to get either site to work.
The Cambridge site seems to recognise that I am logged in automatically based on my IP address (I presume) in either Safari or Firefox, but not in the Bookends browser ...

Hi - is it possible to get Bookends to output non-breaking spaces in certain fields. I often get a reference that ends the line with "p." or "pp." and the page number or number appear by themselves on the next line, which looks a bit nasty.
