Using BE 11.3.2 on OSX 10.8.2. When I move the cursor through text in the search box (main window or Pubmed window) it vanishes and I can't see where it is until I stop moving it. I don't see that behavior in any of my other apps. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Is there a page/FTP site where I can download earlier Bookends versions? I have a license for 10.x and need to re-install it on a new computer.

I'm having trouble configuring the proxy server in the Prefs. Our library uses an EZproxy ( http://www.library.ualberta.ca/databases_help/faculty_ezproxy/index.cfm#off ).

What do I have to enter into the proxy server name field? I have tried
