Is it possible when creating an output style to have different output specified for footnote text and bibliography text? Example:

Footnote:

Bob Smith, A Book About Some Stuff (New York: Super Publisher, 2009): 123.

Bibliography:

Smith, Bob. A Book About Some Stuff. New York: Super Publisher ...
