Subsequent Refs formatting differently in v11?

Hi...

I'm a (fairly inexperienced) version 10.6.4 user, and am trying out version 11. In version 10, when I scanned my document, my references for books formatted the way I want -- titles in italics in first references, shortened titles in italics in all subsequent references. In version 11 ...

Re: Turabian--footnotes versus biblio

Ah--I get it. Thanks, Jon. For some reason I was thinking of the footnote format as standard, and the biblio as a variant. I see now that it's the other way round. Thanks for clearing that up for me. :D

Alan

Formatting details

Hi...

I'm having trouble with some formatting details. Here's one of my formatted citations (in my
customized "Book Chapter" format:

Timothy P. Weber, “Fundamentalism,” in Dictionary of Christianity in America,
ed. Daniel G Reid, Robert Dean Linder, Bruce L Shelley,
and Harry S Stout, (Downers ...

Re: NoteCards

Thanks, Jon. (No surprise that this is indeed a feature that I, for one would like <smile>)... I would imagine that most people engaged in note-taking off a PDF would be thinking in terms of numerous notes, rather than one-offs, and that the ability to somehow transfer en masse would be a good thing ...

Re: NoteCards

Jon,

Thanks for the rapid reply. Yeah--I thought successive drag-and-drops might be the only way right now. (Any chance that will change in the future? :) )

thanks!

NoteCards

I've been playing around with the NoteCards/NoteStream feature. I really like the option of copying a note together with its reference... I'm working in DevonThink Professional, and the ability to paste a note with its reference and so create a new DevonThink record is great.

Now I'm wondering ...
