Dear all,
is anybody able to connect to the GVB catalogue with the traditional import filter?

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Finding a reference by surname in V. 13.0
I can't find references in the main window just by typing the firs letters of the surname any more. It helped a lot when finding the references I already had of an author. I have restarted the program, and my Mac, several times, but that useful feature is not there. Any ideas of why this happens? Th...

Re: Some notes on BE 12.8.1
Selecting, dragging and dropping any reference between two libraries crashes Bookends, at least in my wife's mac and in mine.
The normal way of exporting and importing works fine.

Creo que me lo fabriqué yo mismo desde uno de Endnote, pero funciona como un tiro. Ya solucioné el problema de la coma entre los apellidos. Si me das una dirección de correo electrónico te envío el susodicho. Saludos Miguel I think I made it myself, starting from an endnot connection file, but ir wo...

Problem wiht changes in references in the hit list
Dear all, Has anybody experienced something like this? When I try to change something in the references in a hit list, going one by one, unless I unselect them once the changes have been made, my corrections will not stay. And, if they are connected with the Author field, unless I keep in the backgr...

Suggestion: Contextual menu for moving captured texts
I suppose some users share an everyday problem with me: I work with references that have not yet made it to libraries, so my work with Bookends consists often in copying from a web page to the abstract field of a reference and then start moving around the author's name, the title and so on. Dragging...

Short title problems
Sorry for the broken english. Let's see. When I started using Bookends, back in version 8, there was no automatic short title creation, so I changed the name of that field in references and used it to keep other notices that I wanted to keep, if they existed at all. The reason was that short title w...

Automatic Short-title Diseabling
Hi all. I have gone through the help file and have not found out a way of switching off the automatic short title making. I had used that field previously for other purpose, and now I find that if I use it in a reference format, if the field is empty, there goes the dreaded short title. Any ideas? T...
