Hi, It might interest some of you that this open-source PDF viewer allows you to annotate your PDF articles, much reducing the need to print them. Oh, sorry, I am not familiar with making web sites, but I thought it was relatively easy to have one "mirror" the most complete list of formats you have available, which presumably is the one that ships with Bookends.
