problem with dropped files into Bookends
Hi, I selected a bunch of files from my downloads (all pdf files from JSTOR) and when I dropped them into Bookends, I was given two choices: attach to new refs and attach to selected refs. I chose selected refs, and the items now appear in my bibliography as paper clips but no data. How do I recover...

I'm new to this process. On the JSTOR site I have a choice to export in RIS, Text, Print, or Reworks. Which do I choose? And then what happens next??
