Hi,

I found out that a number of journals start to move from the page number format that we all used to to the so called document number "DOI". Journals like "Mathematical Geology" from Springer, all journals from American Geophysical Union (Journal of Geophysical Researches ...).

I'm wondering ...

It is journal article!
BookEnds' database was imported from Endnote7's XML. Example below (the page number is missing because this journal starts to use DOI, rather than page number)

There seems to be a problem in importing Endnote7 output xml when it encounter the journal Geophysical Research Letters.
In Endnote the volume and issue numbers are correct but when imported into Bookend, these two numbers switch places. It seems like we can't edit that particular importing ...

Hi,

I just tried to export Bookends' record back to my old Endnote 7, but found out the 1011 records I exported was successfully imported by Endnote 7 but all the fields are empty! i.e. I have 1011 empty records!

So, I went back to check the XML files, it seems like Bookend exported empty fields ...
