Is it possible to enable java script in the bookends browser? Some sites don't render well otherwise (eg, EBSCOhost)

I've attempted to find the default location for the bibliography formats shipped with Bookends (by using 'show package contents' on the app file) and have had no luck. Where do I copy default formats downloaded from the ftp site to now?
