Jon: I'm curious to know how the unique ID number is being generated? I started a new database and the first reference I input got assigned a unique ID #192. Strange. I then put in four more references and they were assigned unique ID numbers that are 5 digit numbers ranging from 13720 to 35410. Is ...

I have all my references sorted by unique ID. I print out hard copies of references and label them with this ID. Makes them easy to file and sort. However, when I added refs to a large document, I used the unique ID in {curly quotes} I thought I would be able to use the format bibliography function ...
