Ok. For some reason my Word 2008 scripts aren't installed. How do I install them so they show up on the Tools bar like the manual says?
I did find them in the Bookends 10 folder.

I figured it was something dumb. Apparently Amazon.com doesn't output the City field? Is it better then to search using some other engine than Amazon? That seems like sort of a critical error.

I can't seem to change the formatting of the actual footnoting out of the odd {} bracket format. Is there an obvious way I am missing to get it to change the footnoting format to Turabian or whatever?
