Thank you for the quick response. It seems that when I change the style of the biblography section the biblography output is formated accordingly— "John Doe instead of "Doe, John." I'm thinking I can create a separate Turabian format for use when I want to copy and paste and then swit...

Bookends Menu Bar Slips Behind Mac OS Menu Bar
I've noticed that when I move Bookends (12.7.7) around my desktop that the Bookends Menu Bar will slip behind the Mac OS (10.12.2) Menu Bar. When it does this I cannot drag Bookends it back out. I have to quit and reopen Bookends, which centers it again on the desktop. I can't do with any other app....
