thanks for the reply. I looked at the automation settings, bookends was there and when i "open it", i saw that word was allowed.
I reset it via the terminal and it does not longer appear. When i launch word and asked it to scan the bibliography, it opens Bookends but nothing happens. I dont get ask ...

Recently moved to a new computer. When i select scan documents it takes me to bookends but nothing happens. I beleived that currently cloudsync is limited to icloud. My employer limits icloud connections, any chance you will develop this future to use other services such as dropbox or one drive?

im not able to scan in either word or directly throuh the app with RTF. Tried followed the advice in the FAQ and I couldt make it work. Where can I find some troubleshooting?

I recently changed from endnote and still going back and forth as in terms of where I am going to sat. I have a file of around 1000 references, that include the essential citation but that do not have an abstract. Is there any way for bookends to look for the abstracts and download them from the web?

Once is done, I receive a message that it received 0 of whatever articles they were, I can see that it does find them As the total number articles is accurate, but I am just not getting any of them. please help ...
