Re: Floating citations
Thanks. In the next update you'll be able to drag and drop the PDF thumbnail into another application's document (e.g. an email you're composing). The pop-up menu was intended to handle citation features (like the same button in the library window). Of course I could put the hierarchical menu optio...

Many thanks to Jon for being so responsi...

Struggling with Font in Global Change
Hello all, Would appreciate some assistance. I'm trying to affect a global change across 91 references, specifically to the Journal name. I can make the change, but when it is done, for some reason the Font size of the new text I am inserting is set to size 11, as opposed to size 12. I am using the ...

Re: Feature request: sub-reference types
FWIW, and assuming it's not too difficult to implement, I would support this wholeheartedly. My usage sees my referring to cases and legislation - but there are a myriad of different requirements to how these must be cited, that are region specific. Having a primary format, with sub-formats named pe...

Re: feature list - is there a solution?
BTW: I responded to your question about #3 on my wish list a couple of messages up in this thread. Thanks for your help! There is an Alfred (launcher App) workflow that has recently been popped up in a thread on this forum (you will probably find similar ones over at the Alfred.app forums) - that a...

Re: Search box obscuring search focus
FWIW, this same bug is manifested in DevonThinkToGo2, and AFAIK they are also struggling to get it to work as expected.

Re: Search box obscuring search focus
Great to hear! I am pleasantly surpised at how well iOS 11 is allowing productive use of my various writing related apps.
Scrivener and DTTG in split-view, with BEoT as a floating 3rd, allows Mac-like writing with negligible drawbacks!

Re: Need help with Conditional Formatting
The default output for conditional groupings is the last option in the chain. If you want nothing output if none of the options fulfill the criteria you should terminate the chain with a ^. Bookends will output what comes after the last ^ (i.e. nothing). Like this u1 {[a]^[e $(ed)^^(eds)$]^} t (d)....

Need help with Conditional Formatting
Hello all, I am feeling fairly humbled (alternatively, stupid) at the moment, since I cannot get right what I am hoping should be simple to set up... Hopefully, someone will be able to point me in the right direction, as I am spending too much time on this – relative to what must still be done! :oop...

Re: Moving to new Mac - best practices
If your attachments are in the default folder, just move them to the same location on the new Mac (you may have to adjust preferences, depending on where they are). Move your Custom folders to the corresponding location on the new Mac (again, you may have to point there in preferences). You don't n...
