I usually download the .ris, THEN have it look for full text. Now I know that I can start with some of my older pdfs and get the citations much easier.

Ahhh, thanks! The option was in the tool bar menu, which I rarely visit. That fixed it right up.

I have a MS Word document with EndNote citations. I would like to copy the text from Word document to a Mellel document and keep the citations. The Bookends references were all imported from an EndNote library. I can't seem to find an easy way to do this. I've tried to unformat the EndNote citations...

It was not Times, which is the default. It was some sans serif font.

I fiddled around a bit and right-clicked in the Title field and clicked Remove styles from this field. Perhaps I copied and pasted the title in there at some point, which carried the font style with it?

Ok, I figured out a way around Excel's stupidity (with the quotes thing). After rearranging the columns in Excel, I just copied and pasted into a plain text document. Yeah, UTF-8 is selected. Not sure what is going on. Another option would be to use Excel, but find a way to remove the quotes.
