Re: AppleScript to Export Notes in OPML
+1
At present all I can do is copy and paste - plain text. It would be very nice to have little more from copy/paste and/or a script to pull from the data a bite better into a word processor. My preference is Mellel.
Thanks!

[Feature Request] Attachment Viewer Improvements
Currently the PDF viewer only shows the PDF and its thumbnails. But a huge leap forward would be to add the option to show the outline/bookmarks that one makes in PDF apps (e.g. Acrobat). This would keep the research a lot more organized. Also, incorporating these 'headings' into the notecards would...

Re: A few AppleScripts
Dropbox links are dead. Would love to see these reposted.
Also, is there a way to select a text and then search it within my own Bookends library? From there, if it does not show up, is there a way to move directly to the Bookends browser with the same search text?
Thanks!

Seen it as well. Though not every time. Haven't seen it with other apps. Just aesthetic.
Thanks.
Thanks.

ONIX import filter
Is there an ONIX import filter for Bookends? ONIX is "an XML-based family of international standards intended to support computer-to-computer communication between parties involved in creating, distributing, licensing or otherwise making available intellectual property in published form, whethe...

Re: Importing Smart Groups
So is there a way to sync smart groups without clicking on each smart group individually during sync? And I don't just need the references but the groups/folders they're in. Is this possible via Jon's workaround?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: AppleScript to Export Notes in OPML
Brilliant idea. I second the request for a script as I'm in a similar boat - not very good with scripting my automation.
Thanks!

I tried the first dropbox link and nothing popped up.
Would you mind sending me the file or re-uploading it?
Thanks!

Re: A few AppleScripts
These are great! Questions: (1) Do they still work for the latest Bookends? (2) Do the citations work for Mellel with page numbers?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Retrieving Call Num at LoC
This project sounds awesome! Thanks for posting. I would love your help in working this into my data. Problem for me is that I don't have all the ISBN numbers for my data. Would you mind breaking this down to help me get this project started? Where do I began? (if this doesn't belong the forum, plea...

Re: Request to Add WorldCat to Searchable Sites
I agree. WorldCat is my go to search. Having it built in could speed up workflows. Right now I search via my web browser and then shoot it over to Bookends Browser to import. Things could get more speedy if WorldCat was built in.
Thanks!
