I do not see any guidelines for how to cite two series of page numbers after a single reference. If I did one series, for example, it could look like this: {Stoneman, 2006, #93858@154–66}. But what about two series? Would Bookends understand {Stoneman, 2006, #93858@89–104, 152–180}? Or do I need to ...
