I’m not sure if this would work, but I was wondering something similar. Seeing as syncing via iCloud basically just sets up a folder with all the PDFs in iCloud, could you not index that folder with devonthink and have it treat PDF’s/annotations the same way? Thanks for the reply. A quick clarification, often my references don't have URLs, in which case there's really no option to find the reference online. And even if they do have one, I've found that clicking on the full text button often returns a page that just says Wrong URL. It's unclear why that i...
