Hi all, Jon suggested I put this question to the forum. What does anyone do when they want footnotes with multiple references to a single author? Using Turabian-type footnotes that means that one gets the author's full name on every reference. It would be more elegant, however, to have the author's ...

Second question: about double spacing bibliography. I'd like a space between entries in my bibliography. But I don't want the whole thing to be double-spaced. I have entered my citations like this {xxxx@20 -- 25}
Now, I'd like to replace the "--" in the resulting citations with an appropriate dash.
How might I do this?
If it can't be done in bookends, can it be done in Mellel somehow?
