Re: Formatted Ref and hypertext link as text
Thanks. I guess I was getting greedy: the issue is that to copy the formatted version requires going back and forth, and I was hoping for a quicker way to grab both sets of information in one go. The floating window is great in its speed, but doesn't allow access to the hypertext link as text. No wo...

Formatted Ref and hypertext link as text
Hi there, I have a workflow question/request. I take my notes on readings as separate text files - often in Drafts but ultimately ending up in Devonthink. I like to paste the formatted ref and hypertext link at the bottom of each individual note, so that I have a link back to the bookends source. Cr...

URL links from within iOS?
Is it possible to access the URL links/hyperlinks from within the ipad app? I'm trying to prepare all my notes from within the iOS environment, and would love to be able to grab the link, but it doesn't look like it is accessible.

Re: AppleScript to Export Notes in OPML
I seem to be having the same problem - can't seem to get the notes across to OPML, and will often get the keyword issue. I often also receive a brief message (that pops up for a few seconds) asking if I should "Remove Bookends Header ONLY note cards?" EDIT: I was successfully using the V1....

Move back from Trash
Hi,
I accidentally deleted a reference on my IPad, and cant' for the life of me figure out how to recover it. I see it in the trash folder, but no way of moving back into my library. Help!

Re: Tell me about your paper-writing bookends workflow
I'm with Jon here -- my only difference is that I really rely on smart groups. I use the keyword field extensively, then have smart groups pull from there (for papers being written, classes being taught, etc). I also rely heavily on the color labels (specifically for "Reading" "Read- ...

Re: Sente PDFs without .pdf extension
So it appears that this is an issue on my machine that received a synched version of the PDFs. (My laptop appears to have the proper pdf file extension). I may just try to start from scratch, reimporting all into Bookends (and hoping I don't end up with more orphaned files in the process! Thanks for...

Re: Sente PDFs without .pdf extension
Hmm. Still no luck here. The name of the original file ends with the period. I have no idea how these PDFs ended in this state. Perhaps a Sente quirk.
