Problems with Italian and French Titles

Post by Abgar »

I've been having some trouble with odd spacing in French and Italian Titles. Please consider the following title:

L'Homme sous le regard de la providence: Providence de Dieu et condition humaine selon l'Exposition littérale sur le livre de Job de Thomas d'Aquin.

When it's formatted in Chicago 15th A or Oxford Author-Date there is a tab inserted between "d'" and "Aquin" so it looks like this: "Thomas d' Aquin"

I have had the same problem with "Atti del Congresso Internazionale Tommaso d' Aquino."

I have the format set to leave the case of the titles as entered. Does anyone have an idea of what causes this and what I might be able to do to fix it?
