From Sente to Bookends

I have two documents in Sente (one is in NWP and the other in Pages) that I need to convert to Bookends. Any ideas on a method better than just plodding through the documents citation by citation? Your suggestions would be appreciated. Cheers!

What does an existing temp citation look like? Please check out Proofreading scans in the User Guide, this may be of help here.
