Find the article I want and click the the down arrow button in the top right
It does not pull the reference article showing to allow me to put the reference in my library

When some feature involving PubMed suddenly stops working your first thought should be that the PubMed server is acting up (and it is NOT the same server used for web pages). Take a deep breath and wait a few hours, then try again (you can also use PubMed direct search -- if it's not returning the hits then you know the their server is flaky). It will usually be working again by then. I tested the ability of Bookends to locate reference in that web page just now and it's working once again.
