I am very new to Bookends. I want to reference some content from a Wikipedia page [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salience_(neuroscience)]. I know Bookends cannot do this automatically. How do I manually create the reference so that the output will be MLA or APA or whichever I select.

You'd enter the information from the keyboard in the reference edit reference pane or window. Maybe I don't understand the question, are you asking for something more?
