Hello,
I downloaded the Bookends 13.0.4 installer this morning to fix the syncing issue. Clicking on the .dmg doesn't do anything besides verifying the volume. I re-downloaded the installer 3 times: same issue. I tried with BE open, BE closed, restarting my system: nothing seems to work. Any idea of what I might be doing wrong?

There is no installer. You open the .dmg and drag the Bookends app to the Application Folder.

Maybe I was not clear, sorry. When I click on the .dmg nothing happens besides file checking. No Bookends opening, nothing in the Finder, nothing.

I don't know, no one else is reporting a problem, and it works here. Relaunch the Finder or reboot?

Rebooting didn't do anything but 'sudo killall Finder' fixed the problem. I should have thought about it. Thanks!
