Wrong page number calculation?

Hi,

I am an the midst of trying out Bookends and so far I can say I like it. However, I am wondering if there is a bug with extracting the page numbers from a pdf when clicking on "Make Bookends Notecard from Selection and Page #". It seems that the extracted page number is always the sum of the overall ammount of pages and the actual page number.
So if the pdf is 422 pages long, a citation from page 138 turns into @560, a citation from page 217 becomes @639 and so on...
Is this a bug or is there anything that I need to adjust?
