help with author sorts.

Just moved to bookends after using mendeley so I can have a better workflow with scrivener.

I have a problem, and couldn't find the answer in the user guide.

I have a citation with multiple references.

When I drag it to work from bookends, I get something like this.

{Johnson, 2017, #75315; Chapelle and Sauro, 2017, #84726; Foster and Kear, 2017, #97998}

And when I scan the document, the reference is sorted alphabetically, but the citation is not.

(Johnson, 2017; Chapelle & Sauro, 2017; Foster & Kear, 2017)

Is there a way to order the authors alphabetically within the citation?

That is specified in the format, Citation Options tab.

Got it. Thanks - didn't even occur to me to look in the format since this is a standard APA format.
