Heading row sizes

Hi Jon,
I recently updated from version 12 to version 13 (13.1.5).
In a first contact with the UI design I noticed the misalignment identified in the attached image (different sizes for the heading row in each pane).
Is this a local problem (an installation issue, etc.) or an issue from this new version?
