add text within in-text citation

Post by minimo »

Hello,

I would like to know how to add information or text within the in-text citation parenthetical and it still appears after scanning RTF. For example, I want to add 'e.g., or i.e.,' in front of the in-text citation {*e.g*., author, year, #123456}.

Thank you so much
:D

Please see the User Guide section on reference formatting. What you want to do is insert quoted or literal text. Use the \, like this

{\e.g. \temp cite}
