Oxford U.fltr online search missing fields

Post by lyndondrake »

Hi,

If I use the Online search window, and enter "frame common cultural heritage" as the query with Oxford U.fltr selected, I get the following result:

Code: Select all

MARC Record

00982cam 2200265 a 4500
001 019175094
003 UkOxU
005 20120313102208.0
008 110822s2011 mdua r 010 0 eng
010 $a 2011034292
020 $a 9781934309377 (alk. paper)
020 $a 1934309370 (alk. paper)
035 $a (OCoLC)747947296
040 $a DLC $c DLC $d YDXCP $d UkOxU
042 $a pcc
050 00 $a BS1171.3 $b .C65 2011
245 02 $a A common cultural heritage : $b studies on Mesopotamia and the biblical world in honor of Barry l. Eichler / $c edited by Grant Frame ... [et al.].
246 30 $a Studies on Mesopotamia and the Biblical World in Honor of Barry L. Eichler
260 $a Bethesda, Md. : $b CDL Press, $c 2011.
300 $a xx, 294 p. : $b ill. ; $c 24 cm.
630 00 $a Bible. $p Old Testament $x Criticism, interpretation, etc.
650 0 $a Middle Eastern literature $x History and criticism
700 1 $a Frame, Grant.
700 1 $a Eichler, Barry L.
852 $a UkOxU $b SACBL $c SAC1F $h 200.2 E. 41
However, the Keywords fields in Bookends contains just "Middle Eastern literature". The lines:

Code: Select all

630 00 $a Bible. $p Old Testament $x Criticism, interpretation, etc.
650 0 $a Middle Eastern literature $x History and criticism
appear to be the full list of keywords.

Additionally, the line:

Code: Select all

852 $a UkOxU $b SACBL $c SAC1F $h 200.2 E. 41
has the library location in it.

For the Keywords, is it possible to update the Oxford U.fltr to pull in all the keywords? And for the library location, is there a way for me to modify the filter to pull that info into a Bookends field (or even, if I customise things a bit, to split it into multiple fields — $b SACBL means Sackler Library, $c SAC1F means Sackler 1st floor, and $H 200.2 E. 41 is the shelfmark — I doubt these are standard so I'd probably need to put them into custom fields?)...

Any filter can be edited by a user if they want data (or want to exclude data) that the default filter does or doesn't import. See the User Guide (Help menu) for how MARC records are parsed (search for MARC).
