how to transform a document from one format to another?

hello,
maybe it is a stupid question...
what it the easiest way to change the format of all my notes and bibliography in a document which is already finished?

Scan it again -- when prompted select the format you want to use from the popup menu (if you don't see it, enable it in the Formats Manger my marking it).

This assumes you're using Work, Mellel, or NWP.

If you're using Live Bibliography, turn it off and when you scan you'll be prompted for the format you want to use. If you're not, unscan and then scan again.

hello.
I'm back in the topic after a while...

so, when I scan, as you say, once more, the output new mellel file is full of strange signs and nothing is readable :(
what can I do wrong?

Please contact tech support directly and send you Bookends library and the Mellel file.
