Standardize Journal Names... greyed out?

I really like the idea of standardizing journal names, but when I select a set of references the 'Standardize Journal Names' option under Refs/Global Change is greyed out. Is this feature still not functional?

Do you have a journal glossary selected? If not then of course the feature can't be used.
