sign in to icloud - empty dialogue box

When I try to sign in to iCloud I get a dialogue box come up but it is blank - a white box, with 'cancel' as the only option.

Any thoughts?

I'm not seeing any problem signing in. If you try again and see a problem write to tech support directly, this isn't a forum discussion issue.
